how to you get the primer mix, which comany? how much does it cost for the long_forward and long_reverse primer set synthesis ? how did you decide the at what concentration or mass DNA template should be used? it is depend on the diversity of the sample ？ please share your experience. and what is used as negative controls? I don't quite follow it.
