Is there an indication as towards pigmentation of Joe's skin?

Simply curious whether the only thing imprinted in the cast are skin structures, or that remnants or indirect proof of the original pigmentation might be present.

Was it possible to determine a cause of death for Joe?

And more generally, how common is it to be able to determine a cause of death for fossilized dinos? What are the most common ways this is done?
