Is the study by Miki et al. (2023) the right choice to assert that “PT-led interventions based on the BPS model have been shown to effectively improve symptoms in people with spinal disorders”?

Miki et al. (2023) used SMDs to analyze pooled effects in patient-reported outcomes, leaving no room for clinical interpretation. Therefore, no certainty exists (based on the study) to suggest ‘effectiveness’.
