Validation of miR-184 predicted target sites in Slc25a22

Luciferase activity assay clearly shows a reduction when cotransfected the luciferase with Slc25a22 3'UTR. However, mutations on the predicted target sites should be performed to assess the binding of miR-184 to this predicted target site (Fig 3).
