Hi. Very interesting work. However, it seems to me that both instances in which the word "genome" is used in this paper are not appropriate, since m6 modification is on the mRNA molecule and not on the DNA. Shouldn't the 1st instance (in Abstract) be corrected to "predicted transcript sequence" (or equivalent)? And shouldn't the 2nd instance (in Introduction) be corrected to "transcriptome"? Best...
