Thanks for this very interesting analysis. Do you think that it could be an argument to alleviate the pressure to move away from primary faculty/university? To move is typically proposed after graduating, for a few years, before coming back with additional experience (and obtaining a higher position). The problem can be, for men as for women (but especially for women?) the concordance with social/family life.
