In addition to the correlation between SVM score and CAPE score across all 34 subjects, it could be of interest to know whether there were correlations within either group of 17.

It might also be interesting to know the correlation between the CAPE scores and the BDI-II scores that were used to define the two groups, both across all 34 subjects and also separately within each group.

Finally, it could be helpful to report the partial correlations for the three pairs of scores adjusted for the remaining score (e.g. the partial correlation of SVM and BDI-II adjusted for CAPE, etc.). Again, this could be done across both groups and in each separately.
