How general are your results?

This question of the best way to use camera traps is especially important in species-rich areas, such as tropical America. Your study had only 9 common species, while a similar area in tropical Brazil will have many more species, many of which are uncommon. Can you extrapolate from your study to a more species-rich setting? If so, what would you recommend as the best strategy?
