Interesting results. I am wondering if there is a threshold value for the ratio to have an effect and also if the ratio is too high (beyond the physiological 12:1) might it have the opposite effect?

Also, were RBC added to the PRP solution to make the final mixture? If so, does that mean the density of (RBC + Platelet) is much higher in the mixture than PRP? Is it possible to do a control with the same cell density or fixed occupied volume? Could the changed density cause the enhancement?
