On the results and discussion sections it says that there was a significant relation between age, nationality, previous experience, department, shift length, overtime work, state of overtime (mandatory versus optional), and salary with different aspects o Professional Quality of life but it doesn't explain the direction of the association. I would be grateful if you could clarify it.
