  1. The acronym VPF-Class is accidentally written VFP-Class the first time.
  2. Figure S2: the color scheme appears to have been lost
  3. Figure S3: should the threshold for DeepVirFinder most stringent be "score>=0.95" rather than "score>=0.5" ?

PS: Thanks for doing this work, it confirms my fear for a high FPR when hit gathering approaches are too permissive.
