I would like to reuse the photo in Wikipedia articles about the species, but the way the permission is phrased is ambiguous as to whether the permission to use the photograph extends to putting it under the CC BY 3.0 that the article is published under. Can you please clarify? And if the photo is available under that license, I would appreciate a higher resolution version being made available, ideally without the text.
