Given the disarticulated preservation of Eocaecilia, and the wholly disarticulated and extremely incomplete preservation of Rubricacaecilia (the only limb or girdle bone is an isolated femur!), there is no chance that a recognizable sesamoid was preserved in the known specimens of either of the two; the presence of sesamoids should be considered unknown in both (except maybe for cranial ones in Eocaecilia, but the skulls of Eocaecilia aren't wholly complete either).
