Hi Dominik, I have a couple of questions on your paper: 1- What kind of tissue was used for extraction? The whole body, or just a single leg, or more legs? And of this, how much tissue did you use? 2- Did the extractions always worked? Since the alignment was relatively short, just 939bp, I was wondering how good the extraction protocol was in terms of sequence length. 3- Did you noticed a difference among the pinned dry specimens relative to their age? i.e., did more recent specimens yielded cleaner, longer sequences vs older ones?
