Signatures missing/legend incomplete

PeerJ's recent tweet (https://twitter.com/thePeerJ/status/1079362977265082368) pointed me here.
The BS threshold ranges (upper left in the graphic) are not linked to branch thickness/signatures, can this graphical error be fixed?
Also, it would be helpful to have an explanation in the legend for the signatures used for the morphological traits.
(Figure 3 has the same issues)
