The Reporting extension mentioned in this paragraph has been superseded with the QuantitiveReporting extension in the more recent version of the 3D Slicer software. QuantitativeReporting needs to be installed in order to interpret the analysis results in the TCIA QIN-HEADNECK collection described in this paper.
