I did not understand this discussion. In the "Spherical Phylogeography with BEAST 2.3" tutorial, tree prior is set up for Coalescent with Constant Population, but in this part of the discussion it is saying that"phylogeographical approaches based on the structured coalescent (Hudson, 1990) cannot be applied" Coalescent prior may or may not be used?
