Sir Want to know how to cluster and assemble the sequences. We are having ezRAD data for 12 genotypes. Now how to proceed to make a reference assembly. Whether data for all genotypes will be used for reference preparation or data from a specific genotype has to be assemble. Plz guide us, Regards Sushil
