How can I get GitHub dataset?

Can anyone help me to get github dataset. I want it for my research work. From the dataset, I would extract users' profile data, users' acceptance rate, merging rate, and how often a user makes contributions? And is there a way to extract data from the dataset which identifies leaders of each project in a community?
