I'm a biologist working in the Department of Neglected Tropical Disease in WHO, Geneva. I'm actually trying to map the village from where bruli ulcer cases come from, but I have unfortunately not find all of them on Openstreetmap or QGIS.

Afrisere, Nhyieso, Dukusen and Ananekrom are some of them. could you please share with me the coordinate of those villages ( latitude, longitude) or the source that you used for the mapping.
