Hello, thanks for your help. I am trying to replicate the protocol to augment Trinity assembly with Tophat1-Cufflinks assembly. In some step, I need to execute the extract_fasta_subsequence.sh script, which I don't have. It is possible to use any other program for subsequence extraction, or this script does something specific? I tried to use other programs, but I don't get the right results.
