The latest version of monogeneaGM is 1.1 was published on 13 February 2016. It fixes errors associated with the use of the latest version of the geomorph R package (version 3.0.0). To ensure reproducibility, minor changes to two R scripts in the "R scripts and associated data files" package are needed to ensure reproducibility of some figures. Very minor changes to the cluster heat map result was observed but these have no effect on the conclusions derived.
