Your establishment of a new subfamily Protopsychodidae using Datzia as its type genus is invalid under ICZN rules, and the reply that they differ "because the genus Protopsychoda already exists" is an inadequate and very confusing response. The name Protopsychodinae MUST refer to the subfamily containing Protopsychoda, which would make it a junior synonym of Psychodinae. Why did you not name the subfamily Datziinae if you wanted to make Datzia the type genus?
