what was the contrast of the gabor?

I am unfamiliar with "peak to trough" contrast, usually we express it as peak to mean (Weber) or peak-trough / peak + trough (Michelson). Is 40% peak to trough the same as 20% Michelson? ((the answer is Yes, see below))
