Many thanks for providing that link. I actually wasn't aware of these Bayesian methods. I am still working on the paper, so I would definitely consider the Bayesian tools you mentioned.

Cheers. You're probably already familiar with this: Monte Carlo and Markov methods (youtube: treeage, sensitivity analyses - for bias appraisals using repetition methods). I find Bayes difficult to present in health related contexts but I think the Treeage software makes it digestible for a wider audience. Thank you for your paper. I'm still trying to wrap my head around it, exquisite stuff !
