Could you please provide the alignment data & the phylogenetic tree(s). Without this the article is less useful to me & perhaps others.

figshare, zenodo, Dryad, TreeBASE, or supp data with PeerJ, any of these would suffice as far as I'm concerned.

Also, did you consider making a figure of back-to-back phylogenies (a tanglegram / co-phylogeny) to visually demonstrate the phylogenetic congruence between fungal & algal taxa? I think it would have benefited this article.
