1) New cultivar selection of pitaya and citrus through traditional breeding method and genetic transformation; 2) Isolation and functional analyses of key genes related to self-incompatibility through genomics, proteomics and transcriptomics; 3) Isolation and functional analyses of key genes related to betalain biosynthesis through genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics and microRNA.
