Summary

I develop analytical tools and instrumentation to aid the diagnosis and understanding of diseases and disorders. Current focuses on e.g. cancer (with emphasis on studying the role of developmental pathways) and tuberculosis. My specialty is measurement of metabolites and proteins in small samples, using fast and automated systems, primarily based on nano liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry.

I am a fan of Open Access Publishing, and am an Editorial Board Member for Scientific Reports and Frontiers.
