Summary

I am a Research Scientist with interest in diagnosis, pathogenesis and molecular epidemiology of hepatitis viruses, especially those implicated in maternal and infant morbidity. I have been involved in community based HIV surveillance, intervention and antiretroviral therapy monitoring. I have also been involved in the investigation of rubella virus and congenital rubella syndrome (CRS) in Nigeria. As a Lecturer, I am involved in the training of undergraduate and graduate students.
