I am a biologist with a postgraduate degree in Ecology and Environment focusing on freshwater biology and continental fisheries. I have professional research experience from both inside and outside academia, from which my research interests have been shaped, for example working for the National Institute for Research in the Amazon. I am interested in fisheries, aquatic environments, climate change challenges and food security. I have proven ability to work collaboratively in international contexts in a variety of challenging environments.
