Summary
My research largely focuses on how populations of long-lived trees respond evolutionarily to environmental variation and what are the implications for conservation under global change. I integrate approaches from population genomics, transcriptomics, epigenomics, statistical phylogeography, paleoecology, and climate niche modeling in non-model tree species of ecological and economic importance.
