Research:
Main scientific interests are the evolution of reproductive behaviour and bioacoustics. She worked on Conservation biology of Amphibians, Reptiles, Cetaceans and Primates. She founded the field station of Maromizaha in Madagascar and run many projects in Madagascar starting from 2002. She coordinates an EU project on Food safety with the aim of establishing a PhD program between Universities of the Indian Ocean and the University of Torino. She published more than 150 full papers in scientific journals with peer referees,
