The raw measurements are provided in the supplementary Fig.1 and supplementary Table 1. The raw data shows Sequence logo of motifs in GmVQ genes and List of primers used in qRT-PCR respectively.These raw data were used for genome-wide analysis of soybean VQ proteins by bioinformatic analysis and their regulation during growth processes and stress responses.
