菌のメタバデータ(ITS2をMiSeqとPacBioで読む)を5つのplat formで解析し、結果を比較。エラー除去やOTU作成が完ぺきと思われるものはなかったけど今回のデータに関しては(PipeCraft、LotuS、PIPITS>QIIME2、Galaxy)。 https://t.co/oROITDChBA 基本的にはVSEARCH呼んでるのが結果よさそう。
