@ivanscales I'm super aware of the critiques of RCTs & share concerns around reductionist focus on quant., ignoring mechanisms etc BUT nothing is a panacea (everything can be misused), RCTs certainly have alot of offer conservation. See our preprint led @EdwinPynegar https://t.co/bDFuFGTK9E
