Summary

I am currently a last year PhD Student in Biomolecular Sciences at the Institute of Biostructures and Bioimaging (IBB) of the Italian National Research Council (CNR) and at the Second University of Naples. My research activity aims to characterize structural and dynamical properties of proteins involved in different biological processes by performing Molecular Dynamics simulations (MD) and using Difference Distance Matrix Plots (DDMPs).
