Really interesting study, clearly there's a lot more to discover about beetle pollination in South Africa. Has echoes of what we found in the eastern grasslands of South Africa - some of the plants there are clearly specialised for cetoniid chafer pollination, and the beetles are regular visitors and strong flyers - see the link.
