Just discovered the graph module of scikit-image the other day. Looks like a great option for doing least-cost modelling - as we call it in the ecology geography world! I did some comparisons and tests with GIS software and wrote it up in a blog in case anyone else is interested. Many thanks to the authors and contributors!!
