Shenbing Kuang is Assistant Professor of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). He received his Ph.D. degree in cognitive neuroscience from German Primate Center (Göttingen) in 2013. His research seeks to understand the neural mechanisms underlying a range of cognitive, perceptual, and motor functions in the brains of monkeys and humans. He addresses these issues using a combination of techniques including single unit electrophysiology, eye tracking, hand tracking, psychophysics, and modeling.
