Summary
I graduated in physics at Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 1987 and got there a physics PhD 1992. I was appointed as an associate professor in the Mathematics department of Universidad Carlos III de Madrid in 1995. My research field is statistical physics and complex systems. Currently my interests focus mainly on evolutionary dynamics. I belong to the Interdisciplinary Group of Complex Systems (GISC) and the Institute for Biocomputation and Physics of Complex Systems (BIFI).
