The Gothenburg University Library aims to support Open Access publications by paying the article processing charges of corresponding authors affiliated with the University of Gothenburg under well-defined conditions. The Gothenburg University Library therefore supports PeerJ Publishing as an institutional member. Publication fees are being prepaid by the library to a total value of USD 5,000. This allows researchers at the University of Gothenburg to publish their articles at PeerJ at no cost for the author. The agreement is valid until the entire deposit amount has been used. The University Library will then decide if the agreement will be renewed.
