The University of Ottawa has a strong commitment to making research available in open access, believing that broad dissemination of knowledge and research without access barriers is a great benefit to society as a whole.

The University of Ottawa is taking part in a pilot of 3 Year PeerJ Memberships. The University of Ottawa will fund a 3 Year Membership in its entirety, which means that there will be no out-of-pocket fees for you to publish in PeerJ journals. During the 3 Year Membership, you can publish 3 articles with PeerJ. The only requirement is that all co-authors on a paper have a valid PeerJ membership.
