The University Libraries supports the creation and publication of scholarship that is freely accessible to all — regardless of geographical location.

To encourage our authors to make their scholarship freely and immediately available, Virginia Tech is a PeerJ Institutional Member, providing unlimited publishing with no additional fees for affiliated authors. Please make an application to verify your eligibility by completing this form. An application should be made for each new submission you make. Your application will be sent to the Membership Administrator at Virginia Tech for review. They may contact you directly for further information.
