Memorial University Libraries are pleased to support faculty and graduate students who wish to publish their work in Open Access (OA) journals. OA publishing allows anyone in the world to find, read, and cite your work immediately upon publication. It provides communities, businesses, non-profit organizations, and governments with free access to scientific and technical information. Open Access supports innovation, global development, and economic growth, while maximizing the visibility and impact of your research.
Memorial’s Open Access author’s fund will pay for a Basic Membership for any Memorial author who has a paper accepted to PeerJ. A Basic Membership will cover the processing charges on your first publication, and will allow you to publish one PeerJ article every year at no additional cost.
Questions about this arrangement can be directed to Patrick Gamsby (firstname.lastname@example.org).
