The ASU Library believes that providing access to scholarly research, and increasing the reach and impact of scholarship, are essential components to the mission of libraries. PeerJ is well-positioned to help accomplish this mission. The ASU Library is pleased to support PeerJ as an institutional member.

When a paper is accepted for publication in PeerJ, the ASU Library will pay the cost of a basic membership for each ASU author. The membership remains yours for life, even if you leave ASU!

We trust this membership will encourage ASU authors to make their scholarship open and accessible. If you have questions regarding our support of PeerJ, or other open access initiatives supported by the ASU Library, please contact Anali Perry (
