Oregon State University strongly supports open access to maximize the impact of its world-class faculty and fulfill its land grant mission. OSU Libraries and Press are key contributors to open access initiatives, following the unanimous passage of an open access policy by the Faculty Senate in 2013. In addition to the public benefit of such dissemination, this policy is intended to serve faculty interests by promoting greater reach and impact for articles.
