Gerrit Hirschfeld


I am professor for quantitative methods at the University of Applied Sciences Osnabrück. A psychologist by training, I made first contact to large data sets during my PhD in biology from the Otto Creutzfeldt Center for Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience. Aside from this work in academia, I founded, a blog dedicated to facilitate the use of open-source software - mostly R - in research.
