Summary
My focus of research is the use of advanced acquisitions and reconstructions in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). In particular, I am funded to use compressed sensing reconstructions and non-Cartesian acquisitions to improve dynamic contrast enhanced (DCE) MRI as applied to breast cancer. I also develop statistical methods for MRI, such as optimizing measurement accuracy and auto-segmentation.
