I am a strength and conditioning specialist that after the completion of my PhD in Spain on the acute effects of fatigue in endurance athletes, moved to the Catholic University of Brasilia (Brazil). My main research areas are physiological and psychological adaptations to physical activity and exercise, and sports performance and training.
