Christoph Treude

Growing up a cowherd in rural Germany, I completed a PhD in Computer Science at the University of Victoria in 2012. After PostDocs in Canada and Brazil, I am now working as a faculty member in the School of Computer Science, University of Adelaide, Australia.

My research strives to advance software development by conducting research on the automated analysis of software documentation and recommendation systems for software engineering. In my PhD research, I studied the role of social media artifacts, such as tags or the popular Q&A website Stack Overflow, in collaborative software development.
